Who are we?

The Arthur J Goldman [AJG] stake pools are a collaboration of active members of the Cardano community who strive to deliver the highest quality of service for all delegators. Arthur J Goldman [AJG] specialises in cyber security, blockchain solutions and investments. We have teamed up with StakePool247 to setup, operate and maintain our global enterprise level pools in Google Cloud across multiple geographical locations. StakePool247 have been involved in Cardano Project since 2018 and participated in the Incentivised TestNet (ITN). StakePool247 are also a member of the Cardano Pioneer Family (Friends & Family). Arthur J Goldman [AJG] have set up multiple pools across different geographical locations. Our enterprise level global stakepools are now LIVE with 2 million ADA pledge. We utilise Cloud based technology with 99.99% uptime, multiple relays for disaster prevention, 24/7 security and performance monitoring to ensure your rewards are secured. What is Cardano?

Cardano is designed to be the worlds most advanced cryptocurrency. What is Staking?

Staking is a process by which you are rewarded financially for delegating your Ada to the Cardano network. There are two options available to you as an Ada holder. You can run your own stake pool or you can invest with an already existing stake pool. Operating and running a private stake pool comes at a huge price. For starters, you would need operational knowledge of how to run and maintain a Cardano node, as well as system operator skills, the experience of DevOps and server administration skills. You would also be required to invest a considerable amount of time, money and effort. Investing with an already existing stake pool removes the need for any technical expertise, as all the hard work has already been done by somebody else allowing you to participate and gain the reward. By staking your Ada to Arthur J Goldman [AJG] stake pools you earn real rewards whilst having complete access to all of your funds 24/7, and these rewards are projected to be up to 9% in the first year. You are always in complete control on your Ada when staking because you retain 100% ownership of your private keys and mnemonic phrases, so never give this information to anyone that asks.

What is Saturation?

Once a stake pool has too many delegators and Ada staked in it the pool becomes saturated, you can still delegate to the pool, but it will not earn you more rewards. The rewards will simply be shared between more delegators, hence giving you less rewards. For Cardano decentralisation it is our recommendation to stake in pools with less delegators and less than 100 Million Ada to be profitable.

Ali Zeb, Co-Founder and CEO of Arthur J Goldman Consultants with over twenty years of leading industry expertise in information and cyber security. Ali has served as the security advisory committee member for the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and Lloyds of London. Ali is currently serving as an advisory council member for InfoSecurity Europe and global advisory board member for the EC-Council. As a global strategist and leader, Ali has designed, driven, and delivered complex Information Security, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain solutions at strategic, tactical and operational levels. Ali has a proven track record of delivering international technology strategy programmes and complete digital transformations for FTSE 100 organisations. Ali has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science with Honours in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with Computing, and an Oxford Blockchain Strategy Program from Said Business School, University of Oxford. Lauris aka StakePool247, Chief Technology Officer at Arthur J Goldman has been involved in the Cardano project since 2018 and crypto industry since late 2013 when he built his first bitcoin mining farm (GPUs and later ASICs). Lauris has a strong technical background and has been working as an IT lecturer (Linux administration). He started his career working for large corporations including Microsoft and Samsung but left the corporate world to start his own business. Cardano is now one of his main projects where he serves as a member of Cardano Pioneer Family (Family & Friends). Alongside running his own stake pool Ticker: EU01, which started on the ITN and now migrated to the Mainnet, Lauris has also setup and now administrating several multi-server pools for Cardano pool owners globally. Jwad Asif, Chief Product Officer at Arthur J Goldman Consultants, with over 16 years’ industry experience with the last 5 years working in FinTech Product Development at a global leading payment provider. Jwad has delivered award winning product, from Innovative Alternative Payments, Fraud using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Foreign Exchange using Blockchain, Open Banking, Robotic Process Automation, Enterprise Data to name a few. Jwad has also successfully lead the global transformation of Agile product delivery, being SAFe Certified driving Business and Technical Agility within the organisation to deliver measured value from top down. Ritesh Patel, Chief Development Officer at Arthur J Goldman Consultants, with over 20 years of experience in software development for both desktop and web applications. Ritesh has spent 10 years in the construction industry developing solutions for desktop, web and handheld devices. Ritesh has managed and delivered in every stage of the software development life cycle, including design creation, coding, debugging, testing, and maintenance, with speciality in Microsoft technologies and C#. He have managed and delivered multinational programs in both .Net Framework and .Net Core and is well verse in ASP.NET technology accompanied with range of supporting web technologies. Ritesh has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems.
